Unaro Nordic is made up of roughly 330 employees across four locations: Borlänge in Dalarna, Vallentuna outside Stockholm, Eket in Skåne, and Skarnes in Norway. We’re a diverse group with different backgrounds, experiences, and ages, all sharing the same commitment — to deliver products for our clients that we can truly stand behind.

We work as one team, where the experienced and the curious collaborate side by side. We believe that magic happens when everyone has the chance to share input and lift new ideas — that’s when we’re at our best.

Step into Unaro Nordic and you’ll quickly notice that we’re an industrial company with warmth and inclusivity at our core. Even when things move fast, there’s always room for kindness and humour. We believe that a key to our strong sense of community — in good times and challenging ones — is getting to know colleagues across departments.

Everyone who joins us, whether you’re part of the management team or working in reception, becomes familiar with our production during onboarding. And during our daily shared breakfast and other coffee breaks, we recharge, connect, and talk about everything from the big picture to the small everyday things.

We also regularly organise activities for employees: everything from board game nights and nature walks to Christmas wreath workshops and surprise visits from the ice cream truck.
